II. About

I was moving through everything the world had already decided for me; the degree, the corporate path, the version of myself I was supposed to become. My yoga mat became the one place none of that existed. For the first time, I was just a body breathing.

After diving into the ancient texts and teachings of the practice, I learned that yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory, that you can read every book on meditation, breath work, and awareness, but until you sit and observe your own mind, the words remain only concepts. What kept bringing me back wasn't what I was reading about yoga. It was what yoga was revealing about me.

I became a teacher because of that. Because I wanted to create the same space for others; a place to move through identity, pressure, expectation, and all the noise the world layers onto us. Rooted in the Ashtanga lineage, I teach Vinyasa with a dynamic, physically expressive approach, weaving together the physical and energetic dimensions of practice into one cohesive experience. I guide students to their edge, meeting challenge with intensity and ease.
